At olpr., we take pride in our handcrafted leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-personalized items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Securely pack the unused leather items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package back to our workshop for inspection.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
